Clause 1 – General

Any user personal data information collected on our web site(I.e. appellations, name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, banking details, credit card number) are processed only according to regulations of the German Data Protection Law.

Clause 2 – Automatic Data Acquisition

For technical reasons we record the following data transmitted to us by your Internet browser:

- browser type and version
- user operating system
- user web site and URL
- web site visited by user
- user visit date and time
- user IP-address

This general data is collected separately from any of users eventually entered personal data and allows therefore no gathering of specific information about any specific person’s identity. Your user data is evaluated strictly for statistical purposes of our own web site optimization and better internet performance. All data is deleted afterwards.

Clause 3 – Personal Data Inventory

(1) Any of user personal data so far needed to substantiate any construction and/or changes to any legal contract or contractual phrase are inventory data and shall be used strictly for contractual fulfillment purposes only. In example for merchandise delivery we need to forward your name and address to the shipper/and or supply agency. Without your direct permission and legal authority we will not forward any of your personal data outside of the contractually ordered and agreed upon conditions to any uninvolved third parties.

(2) Under German law we are allowed to give information about your private and personal data in separate and specific instances and on order of any police and government authority of any state if related to law enforcement and general public security, pursuance of statutory tasks of the Constitutional Defense Authority (Verfassungsschutzbehoerde) of all German States of the Union, German Intelligence Gathering Authority (Bundesnachrichtendienst) or German Military Defense Authority (Militaerischer Abschirmdienst) or for enforcement purposes following intellectual property infringement claims.

Clause 4 – Usage Data

1) Your personal data required to allow for your use of our service offers and/or for bookkeeping purposes of our contractual obligation with you and/or to service a purchase shall be used solely for such reasons as stated herein.

Application of your usage data include specifically your personal identification features, information about time and duration as well as any respective time of usage and date about the by you used telecommunication services. We are permitted and are given hereby your agreement to forward your personal usage data information to third parties as necessary and related to process and/or conduct your purchase transactions of services and/or merchandise you contract to buy from us through our web site. All of your personal data information will be deleted entirely after each transaction is completed. The deletion shall be replaced by blocking as far as any deletion becomes subject of any legal, statutory and/or contractual time bound retention conditions and demands.

2) Additionally to the above stated applications we are going to process your information to conduct our marketing studies serving an improvement of our services and by creating usage anonymous or pseudonymous profiles. You have the right to object and refuse to such forms of usage. Such usage profiles shall not be combined with any personal and private date information..

Clause 5 – Information on Cookies

1) Cookies are enabled by the user and serve as small data resources operated by your Internet browser and stored in your computer. By each visit on our web site cookies will become activated to release information to recognize you as a repeat user. Such recognition happens through your IP-address being recorded and stored in the cookies. Information based on the data stored inside cookies and serve to optimize our marketable service offer and enable you to gain an easier access to our web site.

2) Storage of cookies can be disabled on your hard disc for any chosen time period by choosing a blocking option available on the toolbar. Please note that disabling cookies may lead to a limitation our ability to provide you with better market offers.
